The Treatment Experience

Before your massage begins, we will discuss what your body needs and how we will approach it. Once we make sure you are 100% comfortable on the table, I will ask if you prefer to chat or zone in to your massage. Knowing what to expect creates the safety for you to fully relax. I use firm, therapeutic pressure within a relaxation context. This approach works with your body, encouraging your muscles to naturally release rather than tensing up against aggressive pressure.
